Companies that process customer data for the ADB Voices managed cloud, and what each one does.

1. About this list
This list covers the managed cloud. Services marked "only when" are used only if you turn on the feature or connector that needs them. We give at least 30 days' notice here and by email to workspace admins before adding a new sub-processor.
2. Where audio is processed
On the managed cloud, speech recognition runs on RunPod GPU servers, which may be outside your country or region. A sovereign licence keeps all processing inside your own infrastructure, with none of the companies below involved.
